Description
This dairy-free condensed milk is the perfect alternative to traditional condensed milk, and it only uses two ingredients—coconut milk and sugar!

- 1 13oz can full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 – 3/4 cups sugar
Instructions
- Pour the coconut milk and sugar into a heavy bottom sauce pan. Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce to a gentle simmer over low heat.
- Simmer for 40-45 minutes until the mixture has reduced by half and has thickened. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
- Pour the cooled condensed milk into an airtight glass jar and store in the fridge. Use as needed.
