Description

This dairy-free condensed milk is the perfect alternative to traditional condensed milk, and it only uses two ingredients—coconut milk and sugar!


Ingredients

  • 1 13oz can full fat coconut milk
  • 1/23/4 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour the coconut milk and sugar into a heavy bottom sauce pan. Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce to a gentle simmer over low heat.
  2. Simmer for 40-45 minutes until the mixture has reduced by half and has thickened. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
  3. Pour the cooled condensed milk into an airtight glass jar and store in the fridge. Use as needed.
